In the early 2022 our team at Bluebird working with Kämp Collection Hotels received an opportunity to suggest a polished form for their current paid social ads. The hotels the polished versions were their “crown jewel” hotels Hotel Kämp, Hotel St. George and the umbrella brand Kämp Collection Hotels. My tasks included both the visuals and the copywriting.

Our goal was to make use of both feed and story placements, since they were only actively using creatives for the story placement. Other challenges we needed to face were:

  1. Finding a way to make the ads leaner in information and production

  2. To keep the ads in line with the most recent SoMe guidelines

  3. And most importantly: we needed to remember we’re working with a luxury brand, and the end result should communicate their brands in copy and in visual aspects.

The new ads are less text heavy, the logos are placed in safe zones and they look classy yet modern. The templates keep the production work easy.

All the templates received praise both internally and externally, and showed good results in Kämp Collection Hotel’s paid social performance.
